Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they remain in brand-new condition with all original tags attached.
  • Return Eligibility: Returns will not be accepted if the item appears worn, used, or missing tags.
  • Return Process: To request a return, contact our support team at info@verselliclo.com with your order details. Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  • Refund Processing: Money-back refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

General Guidelines

  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
